Engage Your Athletic Engine With Combine360 Evaluations and Training Plans for Any Sport

What is Combine360?
Combine360

Created by IMG Performance experts in conjunction with Under Armour, the revolutionary Combine360 program sets the global measurement standard for comprehensive athletic assessment and improved sports performance, health and fitness.

The Combine360 measurement identifies fundamental athletic ability, sports performance movement and elements of character considered important for performance. Your athletic ability is measured on general physical ability and integrative movement, while also testing your general vision, athletic mental state, nutrition level and awareness of your communication skills.

What is a C360 Score?

Combine360 Athlete EvaluationThe basis of the Combine360 measurement revolves around what characteristics the ultimate athlete would exhibit.

Your score also gives you a baseline idea of where you can improve as an athlete by identifying your strengths and weaknesses. The main goal of the Combine360 program is to help reach your peak as an athlete!

Athleticism includes the most foundational 9 measures of athletic standards.

Movement compliments the athleticism component by adding to the specific demands of various sports, as well as integrative movement and visual ability.

Character is commonly overlooked during other evaluations, but C360’s focus on mental toughness, communication skills and nutritional awareness provides an all encompassing look at the athlete’s opportunity to attain optimum performance.

How is a C360 Score Determined?

1. Foundational Athleticism measures nine athletic elements common across most sports including power, speed, strength, endurance and flexibility.

2. Sport Specific Movement features three physical tests that best determine an athlete’s ability for that particular sport.

3. Integrative Movement measures how well your body’s nervous system interacts with muscles and movement to create balance and posture.

4. Visual Ability measures the six main movements performed by the eyes – left, right, up, down, near and far.

5, 6 and 7. Questionnaires targeting diet quality, how your mind reacts during competition and communication with others helps determine mental, nutrition and communication levels.

Sports Nutrition Program

Nutrition is more than just what goes into your mouth; it's also how your body distributes those nutrients to assist all of your physiological systems in performing daily functions and how efficient your distribution process is. In athletes it is even more important to have a basic understanding of nutrition for an active lifestyle.

With our nutrition program, we will assist you in putting together a nutrition plan that will help you to achieve your fitness goals. By recording your daily intake and following up with a 15 minute phone call each week, our nutrition consultant can help you stay on track to achieve results in all areas, whether it be weight loss, improved endurance, or gaining muscle mass.

Client Testimonial

"I have been working with different trainers for 3 years now, and could never seem to find the right one for me. Finally, I have been blessed to have Kate. She not only gives me a great work out, but she is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and the nutrition that it takes to maintain a healthy body. She pushes me in areas that I need the most work and helps me work on my goal, to be the healthiest and fittest person I can be. She is inspiring without being to hard core and pushy. I not only call her my trainer but also my friend."
