We can schedule a one-on-one private training session, small group training session, or a general fitness and nutrional evaluation at your home or other location of your choosing in Lake Zurich, Barrington, Schaumburg, and Chicagoland.

On-location training means we bring everything to you! Our personal trainers will bring all the necessary equipment required to facilitate a safe, effective, and challenging workout in the comfort of your own home.

Our trainers are certified with the American Council on Fitness (ACE) and hold a CPR/AED certification with the American Heart Association.

Sports Nutrition Program
Nutrition is more than just what goes into your mouth; it's also how your body distributes those nutrients to assist all of your physiological systems in performing daily functions and how efficient your distribution process is. In athletes it is even more important to have a basic understanding of nutrition for an active lifestyle.
With our nutrition program, we will assist you in putting together a nutrition plan that will help you to achieve your fitness goals. By recording your daily intake and following up with a 15 minute phone call each week, our nutrition consultant can help you stay on track to achieve results in all areas, whether it be weight loss, improved endurance, or gaining muscle mass.
